Analysis of training needs in each department

Setting month & yearly training plan priority based on urgency & importance level

Manage yearly training schedule

Deliver training for employee

Evaluate training process

Facilitate and development of external competence & training Arrange activities on job Training
Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field.

Minimum 1 year experience in Training/Learning Development, in retail industry would be a plus.

Good in Microsoft Office especially Excel is a must.

Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English

Proficient in Microsoft Office package and filing documents.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
