**Job Description**:
As an Transaction Specialist, you will be responsible for addressing various issues and inquiries related to online transactions within the payment system. Your primary focus will be on the product features of the payment system, and you are expected to handle these challenges in an organized and efficient manner. Your tasks will involve analyzing transaction patterns and trends to provide valuable insights to the relevant teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve issues and inquiries related to online transactions using a structured and organized approach.
- Analyze transaction patterns and trends to identify opportunities and potential improvements.
- Provide recommendations based on the conducted data analysis.
- Diagnose and resolve transaction-related issues at a workaround level to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact within the organization for addressing emerging online transaction issues.
- Analyze, report, and discuss transaction patterns and trends to reduce incidents.
- Handle escalated inquiries from the Helpdesk and Monitoring teams, serving as the first line of resolution.
- Ensure all digital products are operating normally, including transaction normalization.
- Achieve Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets in resolving transaction issues.
- Document workaround steps in the Knowledge Management (KM) system for accessibility by other team members.
- Efficiently resolve incidents to minimize negative impacts on services.
- Ensure optimal service uptime to meet user requirements.
Qualifications:
- Educational background in related fields such as Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on transactional data.
- Proficiency in diagnosing issues and quickly finding temporary solutions (workarounds).
- Effective communication skills to interact with various teams and levels within the organization.
- Knowledge of payment systems and related digital products.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Previous experience in handling online transactions or related fields is a plus.
