Transfer Agency Officer

Responsibility:

- Perform daily transaction processing of mutual funds from investors which consist of subscription, redemption, switching, and dividend distribution
- Execute payments for redemption, switching, and dividend distribution
- Perform transaction and payment reconciliation
- Perform daily regulatory reporting
- Handle day-to-day queries from Clients (Fund Managers) and Selling Agents
- Involve in new mutual fund launch or mutual fund migration activity
- Project management (simplification of process/ system enhancement/ etc.)
Kindly note that this is for fixed term contract with Citi for C level C09 for 6 months.
