**What will you be engaged in?
**
As our newest Incident Management Associate, you will be engaged in:
- Be responsible and accountable for implementing company incident case management in a daily basis which covers the preventive stage, execution stages, and reporting process.
- Conducting an analysis, investigating, and responding to suspicious transactions and ensuring that appropriate action is given
- Provide innovative ideas, and short-term, and long-term strategies at the strategic level and execution levels.
- Cooperate with the legal team, risk team, and any committee related to the preventive, detection, monitoring and investigation stages
- Identifying patterns and trends and giving a recommendation solution in order to improve/prevent the incident and/or case attempt in the future
- Design and build SOP for monitoring, reporting, and escalation of incident cases

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major
- Minimum 1 year experience on Fraud, Investigations, Litigation or similar areas
- Strong and analytical, planning, investigative and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, maintain flexibility in fast-paced environment
