**Your main duties in flying with us**:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand clients' business objectives and develop account strategies to achieve them.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and drive revenue generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product team and operations, to deliver exceptional customer service and meet client needs.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay informed and adapt account strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance, including sales results, revenue forecasts, and customer feedback.
**Mandatory belongings that you must prepare**:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimal 6 years of experience in sales, highly preferred within TTD Products (Attraction, Playground, Beauty and Wellness, Tour)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both orally and in writing.
- Experienced in managing team and thrives as a team player demonstrates a strong work ethic
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills are essential.
- Success in acquiring, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Knack for thinking strategically and and anticipating future consequences and trends with data analytics.
