Our client, a US-based Marketing Agency, is seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer with a strong background in development to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and high-converting landing pages and will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing interfaces for a wide range of digital marketing projects.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and client objectives.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and interactions.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for websites, landing pages, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights.
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
**Requirements**:
- 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a marketing or digital agency with a solid portfolio
- Strong understanding of user-centered design and usability
- Visual design skills and attention to detail
- Experience with HubSpot page builder (good to have)
- B2B Experience (good to have)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX designs and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and user-centered design principles.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience working in Figma
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
