Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals, user needs, and business requirements
- Create user centered design solutions that effectively meet project objectives while considering usability, accessibility, and modern design principles
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design Ideas and concepts, gathering feedback and iteratively refining designs
- Design visually engaging user Interfaces that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the product's Identity
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design, and proactively integrate them into design processes
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and accuracy of design implementation during the development phase
- Participate In design critiques, provide constructive feedback to team members, and incorporate feedback received into design
- Bachelor's degree in Design, IT, Computer Sciences or related field
- Proven experience (1 - 2 years) as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and a diverse range of design styles
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and interaction design principles is an advantage
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or other relevant software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams
