UX Designer

Create design assets including, but not limited to, user journey flows, wireframes, visual designs, service blueprints, prototypes and hi-fidelity detailed specs that capture and convey behaviors and design implementation details.

Consume user research data (from usability studies, surveys, interviews, etc.) and usage metrics as a consideration in their design choices.

Act as a champion and advocate for good user experience, demonstrating curiosity about user needs and behaviors.

Demonstrate a proven approach to efficiently and effectively discovering and mapping user needs, experiences, and customer journeys

Demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills that allow you to both curiously probe the customer problem space but also demonstrate you have sound judgment in determining design efforts and activities.

Understand Danamon Infrastructure and work on solutions that can be implemented in a timely manner, to make client impact.

Engage in collaboration with your peers whether that's in design feedback sessions or in ensuring that you're all in alignment on larger product goals and initiatives.

Help to accelerate team efficiency by improving processes and workflows, both within the design team as well as within wider cross functional product and tech teams. This includes helping to hold each other accountable to delivery timelines, how we track, share, and document our work.

Contribute to and positively shape the design team's culture through collaboration, feedback, and process iteration.

Use and contribute to the approved design system.

Deliver on-time, identifying and managing risks to ensure timelines are met, and escalating where needed.

UX Illustrator

Collaborate with the design team and take direction in an effort to create engaging illustrations for digital

Responsible for generating illustration concepts, executing revisions and meeting deadlines

Enhance our brand illustration style and actively look for ways to extend our storytelling reach

Gather key messaging points for each project and ensure that illustration concepts convey the right information

Endure that all illustration meet technical requirements

Generate ideas and concepts tat are clear, communicative and engaging

Work collaboratively with other members of our creative team to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception

Collaborate with a cross-functional team in order to create compelling illustrations

Stay on top of the latest standards, processes and trends in the illustration field.

**UX Designer**:
2-4 years of experience designing delightful user experiences for a range of responsive desktop, web and native mobile apps.

Compile your works in a portfolio showing your processes and deliverables, as we are interested in learning how you approach problems and think through them.

Significant experience working on complex, enterprise-scale design projects in an environment where continuous design and delivery are the norm.

Significant experience working with senior clients, stakeholders and developers.

Experience contributing to and consuming component-based design systems.

Expertise in Figma and other relevant UX design and research software tools.

Bachelor's/University degree or design related field, with an emphasis on user experience, interaction design, or visual design a plus.

Strong oral and written presentation skills in English
