**About the job**:
We're looking for a passionate and skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team and craft exceptional experiences for our users. You'll wear two hats, seamlessly blending user research and empathy with visual artistry and technical know-how. You'll be a champion of user-centric design, working closely with various stakeholders to envision, design, and test solutions that are both beautiful and functional.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behavior.
- Develop personas and user flows to map out user journeys and interactions.
- Craft wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and accessible.
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all product touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with developers and other stakeholders to bring designs to life.
- Test and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest UX/UI trends and best practices.
**Requirements and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, human-computer interaction, or a related field (preferred).
- Portfolio of UX/UI design work showcasing your process and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma and prototyping tools
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
