**Key Responsibilities**:

- Determine the technologies that would assist the corporation in implementing its business strategy. A technology leader will be responsible for exploring how these new technologies may speed up growth and scale. Utilize trend-spotting to foresee how technological advancements may aid a business in navigating change and disruption and assisting in change management.
- Create and improve the architectural framework to accommodate the adoption of novel technologies and enable digital execution. Develop fresh platforms for digital business technology or offer the tools needed to do so.
- Define the strategy, vision, and roadmap by the long-term plan and company needs. Encourage the company to think strategically and creatively about enterprise architecture, innovation management, and R&D while assisting other innovation initiatives.

**Key Requirements**:

- 10-15 years minimum of experience working in an IT startup or private organization.
- Extremely business-focused and dedicated to achieving certain business goals
- A competent generalist in technology who can see how new technologies could offer novel approaches to further the aims of the company
- Excellent communication and leadership
