**About the Company**:Our client is a B2B Tech startup with a solution to help contractors manage their projects and handle end to end sourcing of materials for projects.**Responsibilities**:- Manage end to end planning and strategy of the business- Formalizing the company's strategic-planning processes- Analyzing the efficacy of existing strategies- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and resolve conflict across different functional areas in a matrixed organization, with external stakeholders- Build strong internal-company relationships with all key stakeholders**Key Requirements**:- A minimum of 5-8 years relevant experience- Possess an entrepreneurial attitude - someone who can work autonomously within an organization and independently develop plans and proposals- Have the ability to test and learn and be agile in the organization- Possess good stakeholder management and strong communication skills- Good command in English**Call for Action**:
