**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with Evermos's business goals and general trade initiatives.
- Lead the end-to-end operations of the supply chain, ensuring seamless coordination from distribution companies to wholesalers and retailers.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, distribution partners, wholesalers, and retailers to ensure supply chain efficiency and reliability.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain performance to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
- Drive innovation within the supply chain to enhance operational efficiency, sustainability, and agility.
- Oversee the management of supply chain risks, ensuring robust contingency plans are in place.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business expansion and product launches.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards across the supply chain.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on general trade distribution operations.
- A proven track record of leading supply chain operations in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Deep understanding of the general trade distribution landscape, including working knowledge of distribution companies, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving operational excellence.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the capability to leverage data in decision-making processes.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a history of successful partnerships.
- Agility and flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex supply chain strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
