Essential Responsibilities
SHIPPING & RECEIVING
1 Looking for freight forwarder/transportation agent who will arrange the shipment
2 Preparing shipping documents (Export, Import, Local Shipment & Farm-out Jobs. - Shipping Invoice
- Packing List
- Delivery Order
- Prepare Letter to Vendor for farm-out Jobs
- Prepare Letter to Vendor which is stated that the vendor is ready to be audited as one of the Customs requirements
3 Input shipment data in the Customs System (using BC 2.3 , BC 4.0, BC 3.0, PIB, PEB & PE Forms)
4 To arrange customs clearance in the Customs Office.
- To send export permit letter to the Customs and waiting for their approval
- To arrange the Customs taxes payment
- Ask the Customs to provide "SPPB" ( a etter to release the goods)
5 Inform to the Customs if any incoming or outgoing shipments
6 Together with the Customs to check either incoming or outgoing shipment which has/have been reported to the Customs related with the filled data (BC 2.3, BC 4.0, BC 3.0, PIB, PEB, PE)
7 Record the data in the Customs's file and PT. GENTS's file
8 Monitor the status of incoming and outgoing shipment
9 Provide monthly report for both of incoming and outgoing shipment and deliver the report to the Customs
10 Provide quarterly report for both of incoming and outgoing shipment and ask Sourcing Manager to review and sign them and then deliver to the Customs
11 Provide annual report for both of incoming and outgoing shipment and ask Sourcing Manager to review and sign them and then deliver to the Customs
12 Keep all shipping documents in order to be easy to find it/them when audit is done (The Customs Audit will be done annualy)
13 Together with the Sourcing Manager meet the Customs Auditor when the customs audit will be done.
WAREHOUSE:
- Handle material (segregation, protection and preservation) as required by operator
- Control and record the daily of material request
- Evaluate and make reporting of the material request
- Implement safety programs and follow the safety regulations.
- Keep and check the equipments for handling the material
- Support PPC activities
- Participate on lean AWO.
- Participate on EHS compliance.
- Conduct internal audit according to ISO 9001:2000.
- Perform any other function that he is assigned for by his superior.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum Senior High School
- 3 years of relevant experience in Production activities
- Strong knowledge of gas turbine component, repair process and equipment
- Knowledge of material science and mechanical properties
- Knowledge production process
