Troubleshoot to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner

Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers on client projects

Administrator duties and responsibilities

User experience testing

Managing site's content

Testing various browsers and adjusting code accordingly

Work hand to hand with our Design and Copy team to implement the new content on the company website

Occasionally work with some of our clients if needed

Working on projects leveraging different programming languages based on the clients' requirements

Building basic Web Services to support alternative communication channels within omnichannel customer journeys
At least 3 years of experience in Web Development

A good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery is a plus

Strong knowledge and understanding of OctoberCMS, Native, and any other CMS-based systems

Experience designing and developing responsive design websites

Ideally, some understanding of PHP back-end development

Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation process

Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines

Ability to properly communicate with both internal and external parties

Portfolio showcasing previous works and experience

Being Results-driven with a high level of ownership

Very high attention to detail
