Work & Rewards Intern- Jakarta, IDFebruary 07, 2024**The Role**- Collect and validating data (e.g. organization and employee data, cash/benefit data, strategy documents) for benchmarking and various analysis- Conduct/develop desk research, interview, analysis, reports and presentation related to various solution designs in Organization Design, Workforce Analytics, or Talent/Career Management projects- Using various scenarios to forecast the workforce requirement and future organization capabilities- Support survey administration as required- Supporting rewards design solution development- May involve in other interesting projects including merger acquisition or change management.**The Requirements**- Bachelor's degree in Business/Management/Industrial Engineering/Sciences/Psychology will be preferable, Master Degree will be an advantage- Rewards / Compensation and Benefits experience is preferred but not essential- A good team-player with high degree of personal initiative and with keen interest in pursuing a long-term career in human resources consulting- Able to convey ideas in coherent, fluent and logical manner- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesia and English**Equal Opportunity Employer
