Work & Rewards Intern

**The Role**
- Collect and validating data (e.g. organization and employee data, cash/benefit data, strategy documents) for benchmarking and various analysis
- Conduct/develop desk research, interview, analysis, reports and presentation related to various solution designs in Organization Design, Workforce Analytics, or Talent/Career Management projects
- Using various scenarios to forecast the workforce requirement and future organization capabilities
- Support survey administration as required
- Supporting rewards design solution development
- May involve in other interesting projects including merger acquisition or change management.

**The Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business/ Management/Industrial Engineering /Sciences/Psychology will be preferable, Master Degree will be an advantage
- Rewards / Compensation and Benefits experience is preferred but not essential
- A good team-player with high degree of personal initiative and with keen interest in pursuing a long-term career in human resources consulting
- Able to convey ideas in coherent, fluent and logical manner
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesia and English
