Manages And Appraises The Document Team.

Organizes Business Sub-Teams To Formulate And Confirm Document Delivery Plans With The Customer.

Reviews The Document Delivery Plan In Accordance With The Payment Collection Requirements Confirmed By The Payment Collection Manager To Ensure That The Documents With Payment Collection Requirements Are Included In Document Delivery Management.

Promotes All Business Sub-Teams And Subcontractors To Deliver Documents In A Timely, Complete, And Standard Manner In Accordance With The Plan.

Communicate With Customers And Subcontractors About Document Delivery Management Issues To Improve Document Delivery Customer Satisfaction.

Promotes The Application Implementation Of The Document Module In The EPMS System.

Requirement

Excellent In Microsoft Office Tools (Ms. Excel & PPT)

Have Management Team Experience

Good In English Communication Skills

Familiar With Document Acceptance Flow For Project

Willing To Work Overtime (If Needed)
