Job Qualification:
Education: D3 Business Administration or any Major, with sales training in previous company

Working experience: Min 3-5 years as sales in quality system driven operations experience or full solutions sales in a professional consultative environment

Technical & Soft Skill:

- Strong communication and presentation sills
- Have integrity, ensuring that business is conducted in an ethical manner
- Have commercial focus, understanding customer's needs and adding value
- Proactive with people and can lead by example

Key Responsibility:

- Achieve sales targets with large existing customers and expand new accounts by representing the entire range of BSI products and services.
- Work with customers to meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Develop and manage relationships with targeted accounts and their business leaders to ensure BSI is well placed to win new business and/ or maintain and grow existing business.
- Coordinate requirements, develop and negotiate contracts and integrate contract requirements with business operations to close new business deals.
- Manage, maintain and update key stakeholders' information in Sales Force to ensure current contacts remain relevant.
