**_Job description_**
- Approach potential clients and be responsible in generating revenue.
- Successfully create business from new and existing clients.
- Manage negotiations with senior-level executives.
- Build, establish, develop, and maintain a long term positive relationship with clients.
- Learn client's business challenges to understand client's needs related to our solutions.
- Create project proposals.
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
**_Requirements_**
- Preferably someone with min.
2 years of working experience in the Media Company or Agency as Digital Account Executive, Account Executive, Sales Executive, or other relevant positions.
- Must have experience in direct selling/pitching, not only account handling.
- Passionate about digital and media advertising.
- High Achieve & have a wide network.
- Good presentation skill and fluency in English would be preferred.
- Committed to work fulltime (Monday to Friday, 10 to 6).
- Willing to do WFO policy (Hash's office is located in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta).
