- Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end product renewal and expansion to existing clients in Mekari Jurnal product-
- Working closely with internal team to create and execute marketing campaigns to boost product expansion & renewal-
- Conduct product demonstrations to existing clients if necessary.-
- Continually gather feedback from our clients, then work directly with our product team to provide input on the product roadmap- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from any major-
- Min 2 years of experience as Account Executive/Account Manager or related roles in SaaS/Tech company-
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & Gsuite)-
- Comfortable and confident speaking to mid-level and senior executives-
- Excellent problem solving & analytical skills, able to multitask & posses good time management-
- Fluent in verbal and written English-
