Job Responsibilities:
- You will define and implement the segment sales strategy and budget, ensure regular follow-up with oversight country, drive the growth of the top line in each target segment.
- You will define appropriate local targets for the sales unit, based on key objectives set by global Business Units and global segment leaders, ensure these are achieved through regular oversight, definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed.
- Ensure the maximum portfolio is offered in line with Business Unit/Product Group strategy, according to local market needs and according to the agreed segment approach.
- Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following procedure
- Build referral and lead generation network and list
- Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs
- Responding to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner
- Develop product sales to key accounts and implements sales strategies.
- Explores business opportunities to achieve sales targets for major market segments
Key Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree from Reputable university, in Electrical engineering preferably.
- Minimum 5 years' of sales experience from the relevant industry; experience dealing with transportation customer is a must
- Experience managing end users or distributors directly
- Possess good business acumen or has a good track record in sales and/or marketing
- A results oriented self-driven person with high level of industry knowledge
- Positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Work independently
