Account Support Specialist

**Requirement**:

- 2-3 years of account management/media planning experience/ digital advertising industry
- Experience in administrative, preferably in advertising, marketing, or data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Analytical with strong bias for data based decisions
- Able to speak in English
- Familiar with Digital Media Planning, Salesforce and Power BI

Job desc:

- Collaborate closely with client partners and account managers from pre to post campaign process
- Monitor the progress and performance of ongoing advertising campaigns
- Provide campaign life proof for advertisers.
- Collect and compile relevant campaign data,eg. Impression, click, etc.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
- Manage project and campaign coordination
- Track key campaign metrics and ensure campaign objectives are met
- Collaborate with Ad Ops team to analyze campaign performance, identify recommendations to clients and secure campaigns delivery
