Job Description

Administration

Managing end to end finance records of all marketing activities (Raise PR to Invoicing Process)
Assisting all marketing function to manage and closely monitor internal finance process
Closely monitoring marketing/media transaction tracker and proactively follow up to any issue raised
Managing day to day administrative/filing work with appointed Agency

Media

Assist on media planning, implementation & reporting with Agency or vendor

**Planning**: Brief campaign to vendor, Collecting data, Follow up Media plan & IO from vendor

**Implementation**: Brief assets requirements to creative team, share required assets to vendor, monitor campaign live date, collect campaign prove

**Reporting**: Assist campaign monitoring & reporting (Collect campaign weekly data from vendor, collect campaign PMR from vendor)

Requirement
Fresh graduate are welcome, have experience in administration esp. media or marketing administration will be preferred
Have a good communication skill & good working attitude
Excellent Microsoft Excel Skill is a must
Attention to detail, Neat & Proactive
Ability to multitask
Agile towards change, Eager to learn and team player
