**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing approved Purchase Orders into the system
- Updating sales figures from each channel
- Processing each invoice and submitted payments
- Ensuring payments are made according to the timeline
- Updating branding on each existing channel
- Creating a delivery schedule if there are FSDU/branding requests from each channel
- Updating the trading database

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in any major or Final year student looking for internship program
- Strong self leadership and great time management skill
- Fluent in English is preferable
- Good interpersonal skill
- Strategic thinker and networking aptitude
- Attention to details
- Multitasking & could assist work under pressure
