**Job descriptions**:
- Receive customer's order (PO) and record it as Sales Order (SO) in SAP
- Creating S/O and monitoring delivery to customers and checking the payment from customer if there is overdue or no
- Coordinate with sales team in consolidating forecast for fast moving item or critical item
- Check products availability in system
- Relationship building with all key customers, other customer
- Work closely with Planner and Product Champion to get confirmation on product availability and lead time Inventory Management and aging stock
- Participate in integrated business planning, working to meet demand planning key performance indicators
- Communicate intensely and collaboration with Planner and EXIM on preparing shipping documents and get shipping details
- Coordinating with internal departments for delivery (Logistics, Finance), coordinating delivery between Jabodetabek, East Java, West Java, Central Java, Medan, Bali.
- sample order from supplier process, administration sample and coordinate with sales team

**Job Qualifications**:

- Have 2 years minimum experience in similar role and industry
- BS degree in relevant field is a plus
- Good knowledge and experience in SAP & Sales Force
- Good communication skill and proficient in both written and verbal English
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- An ability to work under pressure and work with deadlines
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Good administrative skills & expert in Microsoft office tools such as; excel
- Quick to learn & Proactive
