Advisory Head

**Work Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement selected client analytics strategy
- Lead the design and development of analytical projects
- Build compelling pitch/sales decks based on new business requests
- Identify opportunities to develop forecasts, statistical models, segmentation schemes, and data-driven analyses to drive marketing efforts around conversion
- Partner with the Technology teams to deliver a stable and highly available reporting platform
- Oversee all aspects of analytics and business intelligence projects from Senior Data Analyst
- Oversee Senior Data Analyst's development and maintenance of reporting, databases and KPI dashboards
- Hire, train, and supervise Analytics team and ensure that team meets the reporting and analytical needs of the business users

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Software
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics required
- Excellent MySQL or database management skills preferred
