**Position Requirement**
- ? Legal qualification to practice law in local country, and in other countries is a plus. ? 7+ years of post-qualification experience at a leading law firm and/or corporation. In-house experience is welcome, but not mandatory. ? Experience with e-commerce, and/or cross-border trade transactions (in particular re payments, lending) preferred. ? Proficiency in English required and Chinese (Mandarin) language capability would be a plus. ? Highly-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure in a start-up environment. ? Strong commercial sense with solid foundation in legal training. ? High integrity and desire to collaborate with others. ? Open to international travel.
