Assistant Human Resources Manager / Senior Human Resources Officer (Contract)

Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in sizable companies, with at least 5 years of supervisory experience Oversee day-to-day operations of HR functions including C&B, payroll administration, performance management, employee relations, HRIS and ad-hoc projects Assist department head to review, formulate and implement HR policies and procedures Well versed in Employment Ordinance and legislative requirements Commitment to continuous improvement, self-motivated, detail minded and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines Good writing, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer We offer attractive remuneration package and fringe benefits to the right candidates.
