Assistant Manager Legal & Compliance

1. Maintain new regulation research database and provide legal executive summary;
2. Obtain, maintain, and monitor company's permit and license to any regulator (Bank of Indonesia) and non-regulator, OSS, Kominfo, etc;
3. Maintain and submit all routine or specific reports to regulators;
4. Assisting AGMS and Extra-ordinary GMS and coordinate with the relevant parties;
5. Organize third party's agency, notaries, corporate lawfim, KJPP contract and correspondence;
6. Analyze and propose adjustment to company operations procedure based on new regulations issued by the related regulator (BI, Kominfo, etc);
7. Manage good relation with regulator and manage communication to the relevant party related to the implementation of ISO 19600, ISO 37001, etc;
8. Assisting Legal Due Diligence and Corporate Action.

**Salary**: From Rp7,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (required)

**Experience**:

- handling compliance matters (permit, report, etc): 3 years (required)
