**MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB**:
- Assist the QHSSE Manager to develop, manage and monitor the integrated management system within QHSSE& HealthCare-QMS supporting the DSV purpose, strategy and values.
- Ensure the global and local QHSSE objectives and targets are met
- Ensure risks (HIRADC, EAI, FMEA and Security Risk) and incidents are addressed and managed
- Identification hazardous materials used/stored in the workplace and reported to Ministry of Manpower
- Ensure internal and external audits as well as inspections are conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the integrated management system and ensure continual improvements.
- Ensure the inspection and testing are performed annually by coordinating with PJK3 regarding (Electrical installation, Lightning rod installation, Fire equipment & system)
- Establish Emergency Response Team every DSV facilities, and conduct emergency & evacuation drill.
- Responsibility includes all certified and non-certified branches within the DSV and Support operations with all additional audits required and related to QHSSE (such as SLCP (Social Labor Convergence Program), The Good Method of Distribution of Medical Devices (CDAKB) / Good Distibution Practice (GDP), The Good Drug Distribution Methods (CDOB) / Good Distibution Practice (GDP))
- Support AEO certification for bounded warehouse as required and related to QHSSE
- Set security standards are equivalent to regulatory and industry programs.
- Identifying and defining required security services and deliveries from the security providers.
- Ensuring local Service Level Agreements are in line, reflected and delivered according to Service Agreement.
- Facilitates generic operational procedures to ensure compliance to regulatory/industry programs and a minimum operational security level at DSV facilities
- Ensure that all NCRs are reported, reviewed and followed up until complete and effective
**KEY FACTS / RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Leading safety & security officers and representatives from all sites
- Maintained ISO Certificate (9001, 14001, 45001), Healthcare QMS certificate, AEO and SLCP
- Demonstrate achievement of continual improvement
- Practice and promote safety of work
**WORK EXPERIENCE**:
- Transport and Logistics industry knowledge/experiences
- Has experienced as team leader for safety officers across nationwide
**SKILLS REQUIRED**:
- Lead Auditor, latest ISO standard (IRCA or equivalent)
- Management systems for QMS, EHS, OHS, Food safety management system, Energi management system, Automotive and Chemicals
- Local Language and Advanced English skills
- Knowledge of methods for risk analysis / assessment, incident investigation
