**Job Description**:

- Develop and Implement Key Account/Channel (Traditional Trade) sales for Bosch Home Appliances for the allocated accounts as well as expand distribution network by opening new stores/channels
- Manage sellout tools - schemes, sales promotions, promoters and provide strategic sales leadership
- Create and implement an effective distribution expansion strategy to grow Bosch business in Indonesia
- Provide the planning and leadership to the Promoters by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed to meet the Business Plan

**Qualifications**:

- At least Bachelors Degree (Masters Degree in Business or Marketing is an added bonus)
- Worked in an international company in a sales or business development function, preferably in the Domestic Appliances industry or Consumer Electronics min 7-10 years
- Exposure to Traditional Trade channel is a must
- Fluent in written and spoken English + Bahasa
- Computer Skills - MS Office proficient
- Specific knowledge of both analytic and creative skills, leadship and coaching skills, interpersonal communication, presentation skills, multi-tasking ability in a fast pace working environment
