Assistant Restaurant Manager

An assistant manager will work closely to the restaurant manager to ensure our customers' satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Min. 1 year of experience in the same position
- Good communication skills, and great attitude
- Willing to learn new things
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Presentable and well groomed (5 star standards)
- Good leadership skills and highly aware with environment
- Knowledge about F&B industry and management skill are crucial
- able to speak English in professional level

Job desk:

- Oversee and supervise day to day operation both bar and floor
- Assisting manager in making weekly schedule and work task for all the front staff
- Taking notes and archiving work report
- Monthly stock opname
- Taking charge while the manager is away
- Solving trivial operation problem while the manager is away
- Become a bridge between the manager and subordinates

**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month
