**JOB OVERVIEW**
As the Safety Manager, your role is pivotal in ensuring the safety, health, and environmental compliance of our operations. Your responsibilities extend to active leadership, coordination, and participation in all facets of the organization. Your mission is to guarantee adherence to relevant local, regional, and global regulations, drive the implementation, monitoring, and assessment of ECOLAB's worldwide and regional initiatives, and establish, maintain, and continuously enhance the organization's management systems and performance in safety, health, and environmental areas.

**Preferred Qualification**:
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health & Environmental, Chemical/Environmental Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing facility with a focus on Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS).
- In-depth knowledge of environmental and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal standards.
- Proven experience with Occupational Health & Safety Management systems, specifically ISO 45001.
- Strong familiarity with Environmental System Management and practices.
- Ability to effectively navigate and thrive in a matrix organization structure.
- A collaborative and team-oriented professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
