We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of
**Senior Vice President Team Head Large Corporate Banking.**
**Responsibilities**:
As a team head, the jobholder is responsible to lead a coverage team (Relationship Manager) for acquiring, managing, and developing portfolios of Corporate Banking clients. The jobholder is expected to develop strategy in ensuring smooth delivery of the relationship management process and thereby positive customer experience. The main objective is to increase/to grow market share and eventually to maximize shareholder value in line with the strategic and operating objectives of the Bank.
Decisions and actions must be taken within the parameters agreed with the Corporate Bank Head as the line manager and in accordance with Credit Guidelines, policies and regulations issued by Bank Indonesia.
Qualifications
**To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements**:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in managing Corporate Banking relationships in particular Large Corporate segment with minimum of 2 years leadership role.
- Experience working in relevant environments such as Corporate Banking, Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, Leveraged & Acquisition Finance, Project Finance, ESG Financing.
- Extensive knowledge and proven sales success with the Bank's products and services, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding and skill in managing financial crime risks and credit risks.
- Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, communication, teamwork and influencing skills.
- Ability to interact with business customers at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to deliver creative and flexible customer solutions.
- Sufficient exposure credit experience.
- Relevant risk management certification.
