We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow and Succeed.- Define strategy and deliver OPEX (Operational Excellence) education, including project management, process improvement tools and continuous improvement program.- Strategize a change management (targeted and blanket) and communication to ensure the adoption and transition of new business process runs well.- Manage Project Portfolio, including assessing project proposal, proposing prioritization, consolidate and manage dashboard and report project in-health to Project Portfolio Council and Strategic Project Council.Principle Duties & Responsibilities:- Define and establish education strategy for process improvement and collaborate with Pru-University to plan the execution- Define and establish education objectives, measurement of success and monitoring/tracking methodology.- Define and establish change assurance and change management strategy (including the communication) at project level, for both targeted action and blanket.- Ensure adoption on changes by performing structured change management (on-boarding, handholding, communication, and rollout support)- Define and standardize project governance and ensure the implementation.- Facilitate the determination of the complete and correct project requirements at the start of the project so that the steps can be implemented properly throughout the project.- Monitor and escalate project issues and/or risks, including facilitating alignment for scope changes pertaining timeline, budget and deliverables.- Integrate dependencies between strategic projects, including facilitating alignment in prioritizing and executing resources, and budget.- Perform selection process of projects every year to categorize and propose whether a project is a strategic project or a BAU activities, in order to define the next action to be taken- Cross pollinates good learnings among projects.Job Specification:Qualification- Bachelor degree from reputable university- Strong analytical and interpersonal skill- Good problem solving skill- Having good sense of risk selection- Good Communication skill- Pleasant personality, good attitude & team work and collaboration- Action Oriented & Customer Centricity- problem analysis and assessment- Planning and organizingExperience- Minimum five years' experience in Project Management.- Having experience in an insurance company is an advantage.- Certified in Project Management / Six Sigma is preferable.Knowledge- Good Command in English
