**Location**:Head Quarter - Jakarta**Level**:Managerial**Employment Status**:Permanent**Field of Work**:Sales, Marketing**Posted Date**:23 August 2023**Job Summary**:- The AVP of strategic partnership supports B2B strategic partner management.He/ She will be responsible for supporting ongoing management of key partnership action plans and help identify potential new partnerships that support business goals.- This role will support the VP to work closely with cross functional team; identify and assess potential partnerships, develop strategies and business plans with partners and execute agreements against metrics and milestones; This role will also manage relationship with assigned partners.- Business Development- Develop and execute on a strategy to identify, assess, pursue, and close new business opportunities with potential partners jointly with Product & Marketing Team- Research and analyse potential partnerships using data-driven methods, developing deep understanding of target market and customer needs and advise decision making.- Working with external partners to develop new business opportunities in existing markets or developing new markets for products or services- Partner relationship and Management- Support all assigned partnership opportunities, managing communications and expectations throughout the process- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential and current partner organizations.- Act as a liaison between the company and partner organizations, coordinating efforts to achieve objectives and deliverables.- Build holistic communications between internal and external business stakeholders.- Manage and grow existing partnerships, developing creative ways to increase value for both parties.- Prepare and monitoring executive level consumption- Partnership Administration- Prepare detailed reports documenting all aspects of the partnership development process.- Producing and supporting documents for key strategic partnerships- Manage acknowledgement, reporting and stewardship for revenue contracts and partnership agreements.- Ensure onboarding process related with legal & sourcing are in place.**Job Requirements**:**Qualification**:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field, MBA or Master degree are preferred- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, or sales**Related Experience**:- Have prior experience in Tech and/or Telco companies in partnership, sales, or business development capacity.- Strong partner program management experience, an understanding of business development, financial contribution models, and ROI calculations.- Experience for cross-functions coordination across sales, marketing, product, legal, and partnerships for technology platform.- Detail-oriented, self-starter with an analytical approach toward growing our important Alliance with strategic partner.- Can handle several work streams in parallel and has initiative to acquire knowledge and skill to continuously improve job performance.**Skills**:- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail- Experience to align range of business strategies initiatives including but not limited financial analysis, product strategies and operations, partnership strategies, resources planning with project goals to ensure deliverables of the project.- Demonstrable experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, across geographies, including executive management.
