Hi everyone, #bahasaglobal is a fast growing young company providing interpretation, translation, and virtual event organizing services to a rapidly growing number of domestic and international clients. We need new people to fill in a permanent position as an IT SUPPORT.**RESPONSIBILITY**- Monitoring, maintaining and ensuring reliability and performance of hardware, software dan networks- Maintaining and managing data storage management system (NAS SYNOLOGY)- Maintaining the Company's website- Supporting and providing IT and Computer support during event organizing related activities & Responding in a timely manner to service issues and troubleshoots any IT & Network Related Issues- Repairing and replacing devices when necessary- Building, installing and configuring computer hardware, software and networks- Maintaining and Keeping track of the office inventory- Providing internet connection related supports during onsite event organizer when necessary- Maintaining Company's SEM, SEO implementation**REQUIREMENT**- S1 Graduates or higher- Over 2 years of experience- Active English Language Skill- Able to work under pressure and with a team- Having a dynamic and easy to adapt mentality- Have understanding on Network with Mikrotik and Load Balance- Capable in performing monitoring & maintenance of complex Network- Have understanding on WIFI AP Configuration (Static and Dynamic)- Have understanding on VLAN and Setup Network for Live Streaming- Fundaments of network concepts. Familiar with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTPs, Etc.- In-depth knowledge of LAN and WAN topology.- Knowledge in anti-virus management and endpoint protection suites**Good to have as additional skills**COVID-19 considerations:Ability to commute/relocate:- DKI Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)Application Deadline: 11/25/2023Expected Start Date: 12/04/2023
