**Details of the Division and Team**:
The Branch Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring timely, complete and accurate processing of relevant information, including performing all relevant controls within own area of responsibility. They undertake time critical, complex or regulated tasks and must ensure the timely escalation of operational, regulatory and other risks to the line manager and functional leads as appropriate.

The Branch Operations Analyst may also be responsible for building and managing relationships with the front office and other internal and external parties at an appropriate level, in particular around the more time critical, complex or regulated tasks.

**Job Summary**:
The position will be responsible to be in charge of daily preparation transfer agency activities and ensure timely & accurate deliverables to client as well as to regulator.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- In charge to prepare daily funds unit activities for multiple funds
- Process daily work in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform daily activities in fully adherence of internal operating procedure and in fully awareness of process and control.
- Dealing with internal and external stakeholders, including Client
- Manage to achieve zero audit findings in Fund Services

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Working experience in related field or accounting firm (preferable).
- Strong in accounting knowledge with high level of accuracy and have good knowledge in Capital Market (preferable)
- Good analytical, attention to details, computer literacy and be able to be willing to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Good English skill both verbal and written.
