**Job Role**:
Brand Management
**- Accountable and responsible for developing BRAND strategy by studying economic indicators; tracking changes in supply and demand; identifying customers and their current and future needs; monitoring sales and competition
- Accountable and responsible for managing the relevant budgets for BRAND and Communications spending
- Accountable and responsible to maintain relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer
- relations programs; determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars
- Accountable and responsible to provide short
- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
- Accountable and responsible to influence present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends
- Accountable and responsible to develop new uses for existing products by analyzing statistics regarding market development; acquiring and analyzing data; consulting with internal and external sources
- Accountable and responsible to develop NPD together with related department, evaluate product sample until product launch
- Managerial Roles:
- Prepare related all brand budget as required
- Manage and mitigate risks
Report directly to Senior Brand Manager
Manage the work as an individual contributor but will closely liaise with other team members in the department.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor degree from any major with solid track record of achievement.
- Minimum 5 years working in Brand Management, preferably in FMCG industry.
- Able to work independently.
- Good analytical thinking.
- Good team work.
- Good communication skill.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
