Work on tickets assigned to fix incidents in the data center when on-site visit is required
- Timely updates with accurate work logs to be updated on ticketing tool.
- Meet all SLA's.
- Immediately escalate to the central project team any abnormal situation in the data center concerning company equipment at site.
- Asset Management onsite at the data center and reporting
- Site audit conducted as per the official guidelines
- Site spare inventory management and reporting
- Remote support to the onsite engineer to solve the issue
- Support other projects with in META program.
**Requirement**
- Experience performing remote troubleshooting and ability to work in a service desk environment.
- Availability to work in non-business hours if required.
- Technically sound in the area of data centres and IT infrastructure.
- Experience handling data centre infrastructure (switches, routers, servers, cables,fibre optics, etc.).
- Flexibility and ability to work both in a team as well as individually.
- Able to enhance and update current MOPs and guidelines.
- Focus on service excellence, keeping customer always first and leveraging own competence in multiple domains.
- Never deviate from MOPs, guidelines and instructions provided.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good Team player and works well with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent Written and Spoken English.
- Experience in installation and decommissioning of hardware.
- Deep understanding and experience of Cisco, Juniper and Arista products
- Deep understanding and experience of HPE servers and components.
- Hands on experience in parts replacement.
- Deep understanding and experience of optics, copper and fibre cabling.
- Experience on ticketing systems.
- Understanding of the IT service management life cycle (handling of tickets, SLAs, communication, etc.).

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Rp8,000,000 - Rp14,000,000 per month
