**Leadership & Managerial**:
A track record of structuring and scaling out a high-performance team in a fast-paced and hyper-growth start-up environment
A track record of driving technology vision, roadmap and performing budget management, resource planning
A self-motivated, pragmatic and hands-on problem solver with a high agency mindset (finding a way to get what you want, without waiting for conditions to be perfect or otherwise blaming the circumstances)
Strong communication (both verbal and written) skills and a growth mindset. Can proactively and consistently align with stakeholders and peers on directions, priorities and challenges, using the data-driven approach and be able to promptly make decisions and adjustments as required

**Technical**:
A solid foundation in software engineering with proven experience in internetworking, storage systems (including SQL and NoSQL), software testing and cyber security
Solid experience in cloud-based (GCP preferable) Linux systems, containerization technologies, and DevOps practices
