Budget, Expense, And Tax Reporting - Apprenticeship

**Responsibilities**:

- Extract General Ledger Accounting for actual expense for adhoc request by user and for reporting purposes.
- Review & analyze detail expense which extracted from Accounting System (Sun GL)
- Summarize manual payment that can't be processed by payment system, and updated to the budget listing for each department
- Follow up to user for any adhoc request related to the budget and spending
- Provide supporting data for regional request/ user's request/ adhoc
- Upload, transfer and adjust budget in system

**Requirements**:

- Fresh Graduate/last year student from Accounting Major or 1-year experience in accounting/tax department.
- Excellence knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
- Very good logical and analytical thinking
- Good knowledge in accounting.
- Understanding of Journal entry and analysi
- Available to join for 6 months internship period.
