**Responsibilities**:
- Leads process workouts to identify and document existing business processes, propose enhancements to business processes that improve efficiency and boost productivity.
- Assists individual project managers in obtaining prioritization for their projects including help in establishing plans and goals.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of key performance indicators in an effort to identify opportunities for improvement in the existing business model, processes, and structure.
- Work with Project Manager to participate in a post-project audit to ensure the process is improved for the next project.
- Evaluate existing business processes to understand their efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design new and improved processes using best practices.
- Explore technology solutions to automate and optimize processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Min. Bachelors degree (any major) preferably in Business
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Fluent in English with min TOEFL >450 or TOEIC >550
- Having Strongly skilled in the process flow documentation and literature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with detail oriented
