Business Process Management Officer

OY! is an Indonesian fintech start up that mainly focusing on money movement aggregator. We are aiming to enable businesses and end-users in Indonesia to have access to world-class financial services, starting with sending and accepting money seamlessly and securely at scale.
1. Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Guideline, Work Instruction, Form, Letter in the company with all department.

2. Translate OY! Indonesia departments procedure flow into process flow diagram.

3. Liase with all departments related to the documents update.

4. Help to prepare & organize internal and external audits for ISO 9001, 27001 and 37001.

5. Maintain the Document Management System & Document Master List.
1. Bachelor's degree in any major.

2. 1-2 years experience in business process management is a plus point.

3. Familiar using Google Workspace.

4. Understand & able to create process flow diagram using software (such as visio, draw io, etc).

5. Having a good skills in communication and detailed oriented.

6. Fluent in English.

7. Able to work in fast pace environment.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
