Cetta is an online language academy run by young Indonesians with an interactive and inclusive learning system. We are on a mission to make Indonesian as an actual World Citizen. Cetta provides a synchronous online language Academy since 2020. Currently offers 6 language courses including English, Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, French, and German with more languages to cover in the future.
Serve as a key advisor to the President on all business support functions, including HR, finance, legal, and data management.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Manage financial activities such as budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, and financial reporting to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations by reviewing contracts, agreements, and policies.
Collaborate with the Data Department to collect, analyze, and leverage data insights to drive strategic initiatives.
Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to optimize business support functions and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Lead and mentor a team of professionals within the business support departments to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and other business-related activities as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
Proven experience (min. 3 years) in a managerial role overseeing multiple business support functions, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
In-depth knowledge of HR, finance, legal, and data management principles and practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
