Business Transformation Analyst

Join us as Business Transformation Analyst, you will be taking part and contribute to developing organizational effectiveness in collaboration with extended teams to provide process design capabilities, tools, methods, operational excellence practices across the organization through automation and process improvement. You will be responsible to:
Gather and analyze data, interview stakeholders, and identify improvement potentials

Structure ambiguous problems and synthesize complex information into clear takeaways

Shape insight and develop recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods

Implement recommendations in collaboration with business functions to make lasting improvements

Support the development of business cases and requirement in a project plan

**Develop and maintain project documentation**: including project charter, plan, risk, progress reports and meeting minutes

Involve in user acceptance testing (UAT) - in system development/ implementation
- to ensure that solution is delivered and meet business requirements

**We are looking for Talent with**:
Bachelor's degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Economics/ Finance/ Accounting, Information System, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines

Knowledgeable of current Business Tech development (cloud computing, big data, RPA, IoT, AI, etc.) and familiar with SQL technique and language will be an advantage

Preferably with 1-3 years' working experience with also open to fresh graduates with strong record of academic achievement and clear demonstration of leadership on/off work or extracurricular setting

Capable to run a workstream in the context of broader project delivery

Comfortable with intensive interaction with business team and interested in building relationships

Comfortable with ever-changing, ambiguous situations and driving changes

Good communication in English both speaking and writing
