Business Development Manager - Sustainable Water

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the F&B/hotel industry and ideally with water filtration products
- Solid background in marketing & management
- Able to and comfortable in dealing with decision makers at F&B and hotel properties
- A keen interest in sustainability is a bonus
- Previous experience working with international hotel chains is a plus
- Fluent in Bahasa and English
- Analytical skills
- Able to develop and execute a sales plan

**Responsibilities**:

- Overall objective is to scale the business to more than 100 operational systems in the coming three years
- Materialize on the sales leads that have been developed in Jakarta and Indonesia
- Extend the number of leads
- Main contact person for all customers in Indonesia
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction is excellent
- Responsible for the engineering support team
