**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Are you looking for an opportunity to work with different stakeholders and expand your exposure in Cash Operations with one of the world's largest financial institutions? This might be the right role for you.

As Cash Product Operations Associate, you will have the opportunity supervise the team in handling account management, client inquiries and investigation, responding to worldwide escalations from clients and/or internal departments and Regulatory Reporting. Properly assist stakeholders regarding payments and back office related issues.

You will be managing the team to handle day to day Cash Product operations in setting up the account and other liability products. In this role, you will be managing risk on controls, manual processing, and continuous improvement. In addition, you will work across a functional team with peers such as technology, sales, product, Client Service, Operation Control Management, Finance, Compliance and other operations groups at strategic level.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Allocate and coordinates resources and handles personnel related issues within the parameters of the firm's policy.
- Ensure good control and compliance to corporate policies and regulatory requirements which are relevant to Wholesale Payment Operations
- Verify client's transactions for Domestic Payments, Foreign Currency Transfer, Tax Payment and Partner Bank transactions within established limit
- Perform regular review on Standard Operating Procedures in Cash Operations
- Perform reconciliation for Nostro and Wash Accounts
- Act as Operational Manager/Supervisor for Cash Counter Services.
- Review the Withholding Tax reporting for clients' Time Deposit
- Responsible for the direction and training of subordinate team leaders.
- Perform day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the execution of complex transactions.
- Responsible that all Regulatory Reports within Cash Operations are submitted correctly and in timely manner

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or relevant disciplines; preferably Master's Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in Bank Operations related role with some managerial responsibilities
- Knowledge of relevant Central Bank regulations and accounting
- Effective communication skills
- Proactive identify potential risks to minimize loss
- Ability to address and manage conflict
- Ability to implement and manage change
- Effective delegating, planning and time management skills to meet strict deadlines and team objectives
- Multitasking and time management

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**:

- Good organization skill and interpersonal skill to motivate and build a cohesive team for achieving department goals and objectives
- Ability of identifying opportunities to improve operations efficiency
- Good communication skill with peers, subordinates and internal business partners
