Cashier

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
**Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in both English and Chinese.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist Chinese-speaking customers in understanding product information and store policies.

**Transaction Management**:

- Accurately process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Handle returns and exchanges following store policies.
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, and change accurately.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain a thorough knowledge of store products and promotions.
- Assist customers in locating products within the store.

**Store Operations**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
- Replenish cash register supplies such as bags, receipt paper, and cash drawers.
- Follow all security procedures to ensure the safety of cash and merchandise.

**Bilingual Communication**:

- Translate and interpret communication between Indonesia-speaking staff and Chinese-speaking customers as needed.
- Assist with any bilingual marketing or communication efforts, such as flyers or announcements.

Pay: Rp4,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- SMA/SMU/SMK (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cashier: 1 year (preferred)
