**About Our Client**:
Our client is a local general insurance company backed by one of the largest conglomerates in Indonesia. Run by a group of highly professional and dynamic teams, our client has proven its credibility with numerous national awards. Providing diverse insurance products, our client is looking for a CEO to handle the strategy and operations of their company.

Reporting directly to the CEO of the group, this role will have the responsibility to lead the P&L in Indonesia. Managing a team consisting of dynamic individuals, the CEO will have full capacity in managing and coordinating all functions within the company by providing strategic, operational, and commercial support.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Extensive experience in Director/C-level position in General Insurance company, or senior position in consultancy firm with experience in dealing with General Insurance companies
- Possess strong leadership skills with a strategic mindset to lead the business
- Proven successful track record in growing previous company
- Preferably someone who has good written and communication in the English language
